2025 Spring Festivus Games WOD 2 “TRU Strength”**

3-Person Team WOD

As many reps as possible in 6:00 of:

Bench Press (135/93)

 

For score

 

*At “3, 2, 1, Go!”, one athlete will begin the chipper workout, starting with the 60 Double-Unders / Single-Unders, while one athlete begins rowing for calories, and the other rests. Team members may switch at any time during the chipper, but only one Athlete can work on it at a time. The rower may also be switched out at any time, and all calories rowed during the workout will be the team’s total calories. Once the chipper is completed, and time remains, all three athletes can work on max calories until the 12-minute time cap is reached.

**At “3, 2, 1, Go!”, one of the athletes will begin the 6-minute AMRAP of Bench Press. One athlete will work at a time, completing reps while the other two athletes rest and spot the teammate working. Athletes may switch out as frequently as needed, but only one athlete may be on the bench at a time. Athletes may rotate through as many times in the 6 minutes.
