I believe we finished at 14:13 w/ hanging knee raises, I did 70# D ball cleans, John did 50#, both did 70# carry and 40 total cals on ski erg.
Cleans felt great, I did Power cleans only to go easy on my knee
(53#, 63#, 73#, 83#, 93#) Iām very clearly landing my cleans with most of my weight on my good side and need to work back to not favoring one side.
Vernice and I patented as Debbie shadowed. We did 70+ age group at 14:49.
