5 Hand release push-ups
Advanced Division:
15 Box step overs (24/20″)
10 Dumbbell snatches (50/35)
5 Handstand push-ups
Pro Division:
15 Box step overs (30/24″)
10 Dumbbell snatches (50/35)
5 Strict handstand push-ups
