*40 Crossover single unders after each round

(15:00 cap)

**Athlete’s choice on machine, and can switch out each round if desired.

    Worked some OHS and BMU before.

    13:27 Rx. Biked all rounds.
    All rounds of CSU UB and I am SO EXCITED about this haha!!

    Accessory work was good!
