Even minutes: 6 Alternating dumbbell squat snatches*

*Increase dumbbell weight each round.

Conditioning:

6 Squat cleans (185/123)

2 Rope climbs (13′)

*Athletes will switch between bike and row each round.

    wall walks felt good

    squat snatches 25#, 30#, and 35#
    all felt good

    …. the squat cleans had me fighting for my life!!!! but I was happy yo be back to squat cleaning.

    Worked on faster transitions on WW, and they felt good
    DB sq snatches @40-50-60 felt good. Go heavier next time.
