Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes of the following:

5 D-ball cleans (100/70)

25-ft Handstand walk

5 Deadlifts (185/123)

25-ft Handstand walk

 

For score

 

Strength:

Deadlift

On an every 2-minute clock:

3 @ 60%

3 @ 65%

2 @ 70%

2 @ 75%

…then…

One set of max reps set @ 80%

    155 Rx
    Those HS walks got tough quick! Went unbroken on all 25-ft except one. I was one foot short after taking too big of a step. Backed up to the last 5’ line and finished out.

    SWOD:
    11 reps at 400#
    I thought about 12, but it was a fleeting thought. 🤣🤣

    Tough one, but I liked it!

    Worked up to 98# DL and did 9. That’s the heaviest I’ve done in a while and felt good.
