Used 20 in. box for HSPU. definently need to go up to the 24
That was quite a WOD!!!
WOD 1: My jumprope broke in round 3 after I got 30 DU so I just finished out that 3rd round. So glad that happened in class and not at a competition!

I just got clearance to do lunges so I wanted to try this movement. The lunges felt stable with no pain. The 12 DBs felt heavy 🙁
