4 Strict pull-ups

8 Push-ups

12 Squats

 

5 Rounds for time

    36 minutes adjusted time
    Pull-ups with small green band
    Squats to 20 inch box

    Knee still fairly tender, took it easy on the runs
    All set/reps done UB.

    Ran 300 instead of 400 1st 3 rounds and walked the last 2 rounds. Blue and red band pull ups.

    Felt pretty good on this one. Kept my pace inside even, but I did go out too fast on the first run which caused my running to slow down each round. I need to learn to start slower!
