Option 1:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 25-minutes of the following:
40/32 Calories bike/ski*
30 Single-unders
20 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)
10 Burpees
40/32 Calories ski/bike*
30 Double-unders
20 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)
10 Burpees

*Athlete will alternate between the bike and ski each time they go to a machine

60 Calories rowed

Rowed at 1000-1100. I can probably keep that closer to 1100
T2b did a set of 8 I think to start. Then worked a lot of singles with maybe 2 more sets of 5 in the mix. This was decent plan. Took me about 4 min to do them.
Got to wall balls and I dialed it back way to much thinking about trying to get a MU. Did some sets of 5 and 4. If I would have known I wasn’t going to get a mu I would have gone much faster.
If I do it again, need to know a ring MU after all of that work is unlikely for me.
