Modified to strict handstand push-ups and box step ups to take out intensity. I’m beat!
Bench was tough! After 2 sets I had to go down from 113# to 103#

Worked to 225 but failed on 2nd set
126 mod. I did jump to 3 plates instead of 2 so that was awesome.
Worked up to 70# but had to drop weight that was hard.
