I took the first part really easy. The back has still been fairly stiff and with me not submitting an open score I just wanted to chip away at it.
Did first part again on Monday in 10:32. Pacing was better targeting 1:45 at start. Fell off after 2 round. Did not go to heavier weight. My back was feeling pretty tight this morning and didn’t want to push.
This was 68th percentile
