Ended at 68# cleans, but was supposed to do power cleans and was doing muscle cleans. That’s the heaviest weight I’ve done since surgery and it felt great!
My lower back was very sore and tight after the wall walks, but on both sides and not just my right side.
cwod did 70+ and mod wall walk.
23:02 got to 68#
swod got to 83# but it was hard to get that last one.
