Notes:

This is a 2 person WOD, Partner A & B. Only one partner working at any given time. Partner A runs 600m, tags B; then B runs 600m. Both go to SU’s. Each partner does 50 SU’s, no more than 25 at a time, rotate out using the same spot. After SU’s are complete, go to WB shots. Each partner has 40 WB shot, no more than 10 at a time; use same location. No more than 10 KB’s at a time. No more thanĀ 10 HSPU’s at a time. As a team row for 100 calories, switching every 25. No more than 5 C2B PLU’s at a time, using same bar. No more than 10 Burpees at a time. No more than 10 box jumps. No more than 25 double unders at a time. Repeat same process for 600m as at the beginning.

Even though there are “No more than” limits, if partner A only does 20 SU, B can only do 20 as well; and so on for all exercises. The row is the only exercise that the quanity shown is a team value. All other values are quanities to be completed by EACH partner.
