Back squats

On a 2:00 clock:

5 @ 25%

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%

5 @ 70%

 

Then immediately into…

 

On a 0:30 clock:

1 @ 75% for 10 sets

    These allergies really make sure I can not breathe lol 😂

    Squats felt good. Feeling strong in the bottom position!

    7:25 mod sit ups 35# kettle bell.
    Worked up to 78# on back squats (75%)
    Squat to 20in box might try 18in next time. Working on depth.
