Strength & Conditioning:
“One Man Pit Crew”
Every minute on the minute, perform 1 repetition, and then add (males 10lb/ females 5lb). Start with an empty bar (45/33), and perform 1 Snatch. Add weight (10/5), and then perform 1 snatch at the top of the next minute. Continue this until failure. Upon failure, begin performing 1 Clean EMOM, adding the same weight (10/5). Continue this until failure. Upon failure, begin performing 1 Deadlift EMOM, adding the same weight (10/5). Continue this until failure.

Couch Stretch – 1:30/side
Posterior Chain and IT band stretch – 1:30/side
Recline Spinal Twist – 1:30/side
Anterior Compartment Smash – 1:30/side
