Conditioning:

Complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

400m Run

1 Pull-up*

1 Overhead squat (95/63)*

1 Ring dip*

 

For score

*Add 3 reps of each, each round. Run stays the same throughout.

 

Flexibility:

Left half straddle

Right half straddle

Pike stretch

Butterfly Stretch
