I did get 5 unbroken Rx HSPU consistently for two rounds!

168 mod 32# OHS did the 70+ numbers. To a 16 in box.
Felt good to get back in the gym. Burpees still suck lol.

Jumped on a different rower the last round and should have adjusted the feet.. Struggled through bc feet were essentially unanchored. Still felt like I died at the end. Left a pretty good sweat angel on the floor.
