As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes of:

10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats
Run 200m

    I sure am glad we did tire flips because in the hospital I had to flip a 210 pound tire down the hall this morning. Go figure…

    Ummmmmmmmmm, as usual I forgot my time. 23 something. Anyway, I loved this workout and will do tire flips anytime! 85lb. tire, singles, and 1/2 inch band. Hope to see everyone at the party soon!
