0:30 Hollow hold

0:30 Side plank hold (right)

Conditioning:

Partner WOD

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of the following:

10 Shuttle runs (each partner, done at the same time) (25-ft down and back = 1 rep)

10 Synchro deadlifts* (205/143)

10 Wall-walks (equal work required, each partner does 5 reps, split as desired)

 

For score

(30 points per round)**

*Synchro is at the top of the deadlift only

**Each 50-ft is 1 point

    Shuttle runs felt pretty good I held a good pace.
    Wall walk felt REALLY strong. I can move faster than I thought.
    Glad my back held up for deadlifts, they felts okay once I got the weight moving.
