5-7 miles at Turkey Mountain

Main WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

5 Strict Pull-ups

10 GHD Sit-ups

5 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 Front Squats (95/65)

 

 

Post total rounds and extra reps to comments

 

 

Mobility WOD:

Pick any 3 mobility stretches

Hold for 2 min a piece
