Run, Row, Bike, or Swim

Run: 5 x 600m, rest 2 min

Row: 5 x 750m, rest 2 min

Bike: 5 x 1 mile, rest 2 min

Swim: 5 x 200m, rest 2 min

NOTE: 0515 class will be swimming, and 1730 will be dry.
