    AWESOME WOD…First Unworthy and a new fave. MP was a five star rock concert today with 0530 and 0630. Everyone was top shelf. Congrats Danny and Robert for PRs and the board. Well done!

    I did one from a few weeks ago : run 400 40 sqts 30 sit ups 20 push ups and 10 pull ups then reverse it! : 12.58 thought I wasn't going to have enough time to do unworthy b4 my LAST DAY at THE Y!!!! 😀 but turns out I did o well next time I'll be more " worthy" 😉
