Sheesh that was a good one!
Ended the accessory work with two 50# DBs and did all lunges UB so was happy with that!

All rounds of HS walk unbroken, and did 35,50,70# DBs. This was also much more exhausting than I had anticipated. Maybe I need to calibrate my feelers! 🙂

Honestly, I’m just proud of myself for jumping the whole time. Haven’t been able to do that for a while
