    Sheesh that was a good one!

    Ended the accessory work with two 50# DBs and did all lunges UB so was happy with that!

    That was harder than it looked on paper! Great WOD though!!

    Accessory:
    All rounds of HS walk unbroken, and did 35,50,70# DBs. This was also much more exhausting than I had anticipated. Maybe I need to calibrate my feelers! 🙂

    22:27 man that was hard. My heel was hurting then my hip. Started falling apart during the Wod. Just happy I didn’t quit. Hopefully do better next week.

    Used 25# db for walking lunges all 3 rds. I was Just tired lol. I got 15ft of HS walls Ub! Happy with my progress on those.
