40’ DBL DB Farmer’s Carry  Walking Lunge (2 x 35/25) (5′ = 1 rep)
4 Wall Walks

-Directly Into-

2 Rounds of:
40’ DBL DB Front Rack Walking Lunge (5′ = 1 rep)
12 Kipping HSPU

-Directly Into-

2 Rounds of:
40’ DBL DB Walking Lunge Switch Grip (5′ = 1 rep)
20’ Handstand Walk (5’= 1 rep)

 

For time (8:00 cap)

Overhead Squat 1-rep max
Front Squat 1-rep max
Back Squat 1-rep max

Using 1 Barbell, establish a max effort for all 3 lifts.  Athletes may have help changing weights and re-racking missed lifts. All lifts are from a rack. Lifts must be done in order. Back squat must be stood up before the cap to count.
