As many reps as possible in 20-minutes of the following:

5 Deadlifts* (115/73)

5 Hang power cleans

5 Front squats

5 Push-press

5 Back squats

Compare to Monday, 20 November 2023 

*Use same barbell and weight throughout workout. Weight should be 50-60% of your thruster 1-rm. Back squats are taken from floor. NO racks.
