Conditioning:

As many calories as possible in 8 minutes*:

Row/Ski/Bike**

2:00 Rest

3 Rounds for max calories

 

*At the top of every 2 minutes, starting at 0:00 on the clock, the athlete must get off the machine and perform one round of:

10 ab-mat butterfly sit-ups

10 push-ups

**Athlete can choose order of 8-minute segments. Athlete will perform 8-minutes on all three machines.
