20 Box jump over (30/24″)

200 Double unders

30 KB Swings (72/53)

40 GHD Sit-ups

50 Wall ball shots (25/16)@(10/9′)

    Rope climbs were good, 2 pulls on all 4 reps
    DU were iffy, was getting 30 reps at a time. Wish i could have done bigger sets
    Wall balls were horrific, did 15 then went downhill.
    16:25 was my time after WB
