    Swod: worked up to 123# but had to go down to 103# for the last couple sets. It was heavy. First one back in awhile and I felt it.

    Did 73% for OHS & felt it. Not sure WHY jimmy wants to punish me. Jk.

    DL only worked up to 63% ish, working on form rather than load. Working on not using so much back & remembering to squat more.
