Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12-minutes of the following:

12 Back squats* (135/93)

6 Strict pullups

3 Wall walks

 

For score

*Barbell is cleaned from floor and placed on back

 

Strength:

Back Squat

Every 2-minutes perform:

3 reps @ 45-55-65%

…then…

Every 90 seconds perform:

1 rep @ 70-75-80-85-90%

 

For quality

    SWOD
    worked up to 90% & felt good!! Did not use a belt entire time. This is huge for me!! Left pain free !!!

    50 reps just moved today. Wall walks felt good! PLUs didn’t feel terrible.

    Worked up to 215 in squats. Felt really smooth.
