Snatches felt good today, hang better than the full though.

Hit cap with 3 calories left. should have sucked up the calories a little more throughout. The doubles were not clicking well today.
SWOD worked up to 98#
EWOD: 20:04 (lacked 64 reps at cap)
I was into my 4th round.
Dubs were catching the same way every time.
Swod: worked up to 140#
Swod: capped on 4th round 48DUs in. That is a lot of DUs for me.

I showed up… didn’t even come close to finishing so that was frustrating.
Got a little more than halfway into the 3rd round

Did singles instead of dubs.
Got 58 singles into the 2nd set of rope on the 4th round. Would loved to have completed the 4th round completely.
