4 Bar muscle-ups
8 Alternating DB box step-ups (2×50/35) @ (24/20″)
Max rep squat cleans in remaining time (185/123)
5 sets for score*
*Rest 2:00 between sets

One round I got zero squat cleans. Ugh and those BMU were so hard today! Been doing CrossFit long enough now that these “off” days don’t affect me too much. Lol ya win some ya lose some!
36 mod- 35# 20” box step up and 135# muscle cleans.
Went singles first 3 rounds on MUs. Last two rounds I connected 3 MUs.

C2B mod.
I think I could Have done RX weight. my head was a tad stuffy, so decided not to push it. C2B felt great. Was able to do 3/3 a few rounds.

Did all 5 rounds of MU unbroken! Most of them felt great!
Step-ups were tough! Especially on the grip. And the barbell felt much heavier in the WOD than in warmup!! lol.
