    Great tough grinder. Everything UB, except caught 1 time on crossovers but also did 40 crossovers on round 2! Bc I was on a roll.

    Jumped rope for the 1st time since surgery and they felt pretty good. The GHD-s were tough after the 5th round so Ibswitches to sit ups.
