MUs have been feeling off. Didn’t slow me down much but form is going to chicken wing.
Snatches were tough today. Failed 3 first set and took it way slower after that.

This was a fun WOD! I think one of my favorites!
After reading Amanda’s story I also find a personal attachment to this WOD. Amanda passed of the same cancer I was diagnosed with, the same age I was diagnosed with it, age 24. Cancer truly does suck.

This was my first time ever doing this WOD. It is an awesome WOD! Shoulders are not ready for ring mu’s yet. But I will redo this one with rings once they are!
I did my first connected MU’s since pre-surgery! I had to ask forgiveness from Coach Sarah for doing it without discussing it with her first. 😉 Focused on waiting until I could see my toes, then sit-up!
MU’s were done: 3-2-1-1-1-1, 2-1-1-1-1-1, 1-1-1-1-1
Snatches were all done in singles. I rushed my first snatch and missed it, but hit all of them from that point on. The snatches were much tougher than I expected after the MU’s!
