    Got to 4th round and timed with 3 calories on the bike. I wanted to at least make it to the 4th round and I did! Proud of myself

    Apparently I mailed in the round 3. I was also rowing fairly slow the first 3 rounds. Need to not be so inclined to use the row as a rest.

    Need to work faster starts on the bike. I slow rolled up to speed (62- 65 rpm). Want to blast to 80+ off-road 12-15 seconds, and then ease down to (65-69).
    The track sprints yesterday may have been felt a little today. 😉
