As many laps* as possible in 25 minutes of the following:

Farmer Carry (2 x 50/35)

**Every time you break, perform 10/8 calories on machine of your choice, OR 30 double-unders.

*Lap will be indoors at gym.

    16 laps rx

    Started jogging the laps which was better on the grip.

    Biked every round. Didn’t think I could do DUs with the grip tired.

    That was fun! For the first 6 laps I was able to do 2 laps at a time, then I went to one lap at a time. I did more jump rope than biking, because that was faster.

    I was able to do two 5 lap rounds and then went down to 2 laps before taking a break. I decided to jump rope every time because I was faster with those. I only did singles not double unders
