*Athlete should cycle through bike, row, and ski. Whatever machine is used should be used for the full round.

    Was able to keep most rounds at around 3:40-3:50,
    except the second bike round really slowed me down.

    21:51 Rx-ish I was just a little short on a couple rope climbs

    Had to stop at 3 rounds. Nutrition has been super tough with new restrictions. I was so gassed after starting my 4th round.
