Found the first 5 or 6 pulls sets the pace of the set , especially the 500m sets.

Paced 80% of my all out 500m row on the 1000s

Was mostly able to keep around 80% for 1000 and 85% for 500. (Thanks for the tip, Sarah!)
The fourth round of the 500m was the worst for me, did not keep my pace.
