As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of the following:

15/12 Calories biked

25-ft Handstand walk

15 Kettlebell goblet squats (72/53)

10 GHD Sit-ups

 

For score

 

Strength:

Back squat

3 @ 80% of 1-Rm

3 @ 80%

3 @ 85%

3 @ 85%

3 @ 90%

 

For quality

    I started feeling the balance on some the handstand walking. Didn’t get very far though.

    Swod- worked up to 265. Didn’t feel great lifting heavy today.

    Mod wall walks
    Happy with this performance on the bike, squats and ghds. The wall walks were just movement and I practiced breathing while moving upside down

      153-163-173 on Back Squats. Didn’t end up feeling as heavy as I thought they would.
