Bike is so mental for me, and I need to push past that.
1 Rope Climb every minute
11:43 mod to 4 burpees. I was planning on doing 5 burpees, but I was at 20 sec after 4 burpees the first round. The first round of burpees was actually the slowest because of the hard minute on the bike. Next time go up to 5 burpees.
Cap 71cals, 2 burpees. Lost energy from the first push. But pushed thru til the cap. Thanks Coach Jimmy and Vernice!!
