    Some were just attempts between 8’-12’
    Very happy with my rope climb effort today.

    OHS felt really good, gotta keep wrists in good position even when tired.

    LORD!!! First time ever doing OHS.
    first 5 rope climb RX.
    my shoulders were toasted. need to focus on my foot placement on climbs. I was using all upper body.
