I’ll redo this one. These allergies are murdering me.
Finished under 10 min for my skill work. Could probably get more consistent with my hs progression – keeping my knees on the box and not flopping my body down when I get tired.
12:22 finished with 4 DLs and my 18 box overs left did rx weight and scaled my box for my knee! (103#, 14” step ups) this one felt really good after taking a week off. I love/hate the couplets!
