ATTENTION ALL!! With great sadness, the Health Zone will be closed Wednesday, 18 March until an unspecified date due to the COVID-19 outbreak. MP will be closed as well, until the HZ re-opens. Maintain your social distancing. At home WOD’s will be the daily post. As of now, the plan will be to gather at a designated spot on Saturday mornings for a group WOD for those interested. Some other random times and places may also be posted. Please check the website daily for more information.
We can no longer meet at the HZ parking lot. We will be meeting at the small parking lot by the pond at the northwest corner of LaFortune par 3 golf course at 1000 for a group WOD, maintaining social distancing.
Conditioning:
Partner WOD (don’t worry, you wont be touching)
Every 3 minutes, perform max reps* at one of the stations:
Alternating DB thrusters (50/35)
V-ups
Sandbag clean throws (70/40)
DB swings (50/35)
Push-ups
2 rounds for score
*While partner A performs max reps, partner B runs 200m. When B returns, partners switch, and B continues count from A. Rest 30 seconds between stations, then rotate stations. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
