Skill:

Partner up*, then perform:

30 seconds Calories Rowed

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds Low Plank Hold

Rest 30 Seconds

 

4 team rounds for total calories rowed

*One partner starts on the rower, other starts in the low plank. If plank comes down before 30 second, rower has to stop until plank is back up. One round is complete when both have rowed and both have held plank.

 

Conditioning:

On a 12 minute clock, 4 rounds of:

1 minute Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

1 minute Unanchored Sit-ups

1 minute Walking Lunges

 

For total score

 

Flexibility/Mobility:

Spine Smash – 2:00

Quad Smash – 1:30/leg

Reclined Spinal Twist – 1:30/side
