Overhead Squats (65/45)
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Knees to Elbows
Run 400(rds 1&3)
Row 500(rds 2&4)

You can switch the run and row rds. All that is rx’d is that you alternate them through the rds.

    31:31 Rx – Great work everyone. The knees to elbows killed me, and form was less than optimal. I'm just happy I completed OHS as prescribed!

    I kept everything unbroken, except the K2E. My abs were still wonderfully rocked from doing the abmat SU's with Annie yesterday! 🙂 Congratz Robert on the victory! Enjoy them while you can!! :)) This train is picking up speed!
