    I have to say this one is one of my favorite!! 34:34 rx. Might have been faster if I had done jumping pullups right the first time, and not been such a wuss about double-unders. Need to do those for warm-up for a while!!

    huh?….I was 6 minutes slower today.

    2" shorter on the box jumps and 15# lighter on the PP

    Sometime is WAY WRONG with this body…..
