    I am so excited to have finally repeated a workout so I could see the difference in raw numbers!! In June, my time was 32:00+ and today…
    1.25" band, 30# KBS, 65# DL, 22# Thrusters, Knee PU, 14" Box
    In June I used the widest band & 25# KBS. I wanted to try heavier on the thrusters but Jimmy suggested I stay at the same weight and go for crushing my old time…plus, I do have a big race this weekend…Nation's Tri in D.C…so I went w/ the lighter weight.

    Michel, awesome job…you're an animal!! Great job to everyone else, too!! I like that pic; it makes me look like I might actually have a slight clue to what I am doing 😉

    Abandoned, alone she persevered. Her shoulders felt like hard boulders and her arms like they had been ripped from her torso and been used to beat her body. She questioned her will to live but she pushed through the pain and with Erin's positive reinforcement she was able to complete her mission.

    Joined the 6:30 am class today!! Fell off a box during box jumps but I lived!! First 300 ever. So crazy!! Sorry you were alone in the torture Amber!!

    In May 2010 24.0

    90# DL was the only difference.
    Yet I'm 3 minutes slower. So I'm blame yesterday's WOD. …hmmm….May WOD was on a Friday vs today was a Wednesday WOD. Disappointing. Oh well, so it goes……..

    Tomorrow I'll rest and Kick A__ on Friday. Bring it on.
