    Danny – That's how I did burpee challenge! Not the best way when it gets to day 70 and 80. 🙂

    Worked out with CrossFit Verve in Denver last night. The WOD was 1 Squat Snatch every minute for 15 minutes, but we did a lot of drills and warming up snatches, too. So glad we did those last week! Can't wait to get back to MPCF. You guys are the best!
