    To accommodate the crew, we modified the workout. We did 5 rounds of:

    2 minutes Row
    1 minute Rest
    2 minutes Double Unders
    1 minute rest

    Row: 39, 38, 37, 36, 38
    Singles divided by 4: 62, 74, 71, 62, 63
    Total: 520
