Power Clean and 2 Front Squats


6 minute time cap


Rest 3 minutes then..



With your team of 3, perform 4 rounds of:

10 Handstand Push-ups

15 Pull-ups

20 Toes-2-Bar

25 Calories Rowed


Alternate team members on exercises. Each member will perform each exercise once.

I.E: Rd 1 – A does HSPU, B does PLU, C does T2B, A does row. Rd 2 – B does HSPU, C does PLU, A does T2B, B does row…

Prone Shoulder Flexion – 2:00

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00
