Michelle started her CrossFit journey at MP and fell in love with the intensity of the workouts and the community. Growing up, Michelle competed in tournament softball and competitive cheer. Later in life, she developed a new love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. When she’s not running her commercial glass company with her husband, Michelle can be found at MP, at a cheer competition supporting her daughter, or hanging out with her family and friends. She loves exploring the outdoors, going on adventures, and trying new things. Michelle’s happy place is at the beach while reading a good book!

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University in 1999 and loves working with people in many ways.
